TRAINOur TRAIN platform is exactly that. This is where we collaborate with your staff to help run team practices building off of the fundamentals and concepts we introduced during the Teach phase. While there is of course individual player interaction this is where coaches and players put their nose to grindstone and get the bulk of the reps done.

TRANSFORMOur TRANSFORM phase is where we help bridge the gap from the cage to the field. We become on-field staff working with players and coaches in the dugouts. We evaluate messaging and help create a consistent environment for players and coaches to grow.
